Our Team
Driven by the commitment and enthusiasm of its members, the Foundation’s team works every day with dedication and purpose. By bringing its mission to life, the team gives momentum to the projects that drive the Foundation’s work and help amplify its positive impact.
The Foundation’s team is responsible for implementing the actions and initiatives needed to deliver on the priorities and strategic direction set by the Board of Directors. It ensures that decisions are carried out and manages the Foundation’s day-to-day operations.
With expertise, vision and energy, the Management Committee guides the Foundation’s work every day. Its role is to provide direction, guidance and support to the team, ensuring that the Foundation fulfils its mission as effectively as possible.

Board of Directors
The Foundation’s Board of Directors is composed of independent members who are actively engaged in various areas of society. It sets the Foundation’s strategic direction.
The Board of Directors is composed of six volunteer members, who meet three to four times a year alongside the Management Committee.
