The Low Carbon Solutions project call for 2025 is now open !
Are you building a low-carbon solution with real impact? Does your early-stage startup need a push to take off?
Apply to the first national call for start-ups that are reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through sustainable and climate-positive innovation. Submit your application between June 17 and August 10, 2025!
Initiated by the Foundation for Future Generations, in partnership and with the support of HELIOS Foundation and in operational partnership with the call for projects SE'nSE, this call offers seed funding in the form of a founder-friendly subordinated loan of up to €50,000 with attractive terms (interest rate starting at 0% then growing over time, aligned with your capacity to grow) for early-stage environmental start-ups. The selection process takes place entirely in English, from completing the application to pitching in front of the jury.

Low Carbon Solutions, a seed capital call for low-carbon sustainable start-ups.
To support the transition toward a low-carbon society by backing early-stage entrepreneurship. That is the aim of the Low Carbon Solutions project call, an initiative hosted by the Foundation for Future Generations, in partnership and with the support of HELIOS Foundation and in operational partnership with the call for projects SE'nSE. This national call is aimed at start-ups developing sustainable solutions with a positive impact on the environment, in particular those reducing greenhouse gas emissions (GHG). It offers seed financing in the form of a subordinated loan of up to €50,000.
On top of the financial support, the project call offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to fine-tune their projects based on the constructive feedback of the jury, composed of experts, impact investors and entrepreneurs. Furthermore, it offers visibility and access to an extensive network of impact-oriented organisations and individuals.
